We specialize in group and individual health, dental, vision, short and long term disability, long term care, and life insurance, as well as Medicare Supplement plans. 

 

We represent most all life and health insurance carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield and Priority Health and almost 20 other health insurance companies.   We are the Grandville Chamber of Commerce’s endorsed provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Priority Health.

• Full administration of add-on application processing, including one on one contact with the new employees to assure proper completion of all forms and assistance with selecting Primary Care Physicians if needed.

• All submissions to your insurance carrier of any forms necessary to add, delete or change an individual subscriber contract.

• Claims assistance.  We will make all calls necessary to correct errors in claims, including contact with Physicians Offices, Hospitals and other providers.

• Premium billing assistance.

• COBRA Administration.  We provide all of the administrative functions of compliance with COBRA law.  We send all notices for you to newly hired employees as well as those losing coverage.

• Renewal Help!  We regularly shop the market for you.  We know what works in this area, and will bring all options to you.

• Flex Administration.  We know the ins and outs of Flex Administration, and will review your documents to assure that you are in compliance.

• Ancillary benefits.  We will provide competitive quotations for all other lines of coverage for your employee benefits, including life, short and long term disability, dental and vision coverage, and accident/critical illness plans.
